HDGI EARTHING ELECTRODE
Fast Earthing manufactures Hot Dip Galvanized Filled Pipes with a Minimum Zinc coating of 70-80 microns (avg) specialized for Earthing Application. Anti-corrosive moisture absorbing minerals are filled and sealed inside hot dip galvanized pipes to eliminate inside out corrosion. Normal GI Pipe available in market are intended for structural and sanitary applications and is not specialized for Earthing Application.
COPPER BONDED EARTHING ELECTRODE
Copper Bonded Pipe is extensively used in highly corrosive soil environment where other Earth Electrodes made of Copper, Hot Dip Galvanized pipe cannot be used due to economical constraints and corrosive nature respectively. Anti-corrosive moisture absorbing minerals is filled and sealed inside copper bonded pipe to eliminate inside out corrosion.
COPPER BONDED EARTHING ROD
99.95% pure Electrolytic Grade Copper is Molecularly Bonded to Nickel-Sealed Low Carbon Steel Core having High Tensile Strength. Nickel Sealing is done for good Adhesion and Copper Coating will not crack when bent or driven. No part of steel is Exposed since Copper Coating is done after all Fabrication. The standard copper coating thickness is 250/100 microns.
PURE COPPER EARTHING ELECTRODE
Pure Copper Earthing Electrode is made of Electrolytic Copper that is 99.9% pure. It has an excellent corrosion resistance. It is used when higher conductivity and corrosion resistance are required. This uses pressurized Crystalline Conductive Compound to ensure the highest conductivity and withstand any leakage current. They are useful for applications where soil conditions are very aggressive such as soil with high salt and moisture content.
ADVANCE BACKFILL COMPOUND
We have developed our unique back-fill-compound. Our unique back-fill-compound is a combination of natural earth minerals, which having the hygroscopic property, to retain the moisture for a long time. During Installation with proper water pouring, our Advance BFC retains the moisture upto twenty times its dry volume as well as it creates a layer surrounding our electrode. We have achieved quality and cost-effective solution. Our Advance BFC is a combination of corrosion free and highly conductive minerals.
FRP CHAMBER COVER
Earth Pit/Inspection Chambers are provided to safely enclose the Earthing System, for carrying out maintenance, Inspection and Testing Purpose. To avoid masonry work at site, Excel Earthings provides ready-made earth pit chambers with removable lid made of high-density UV Resistant Polypropylene/Poly Vinyl Chloride Confirming to IEC 62561-5. They are designed in such a way to minimises the effect due to ageing, crack while installed in soil.
CONVENTIONAL LIGHTNING ARRESTER
Vertical Air Terminal Rods, also known as Franklin Rods confirming to IS/IEC 62305-3 are designed to protect structures, exposed equipment (Solar PV System, Towers etc.) from Direct Lightning Strikes. They are made-up of Copper Bonded / Stainless Steel Solid Rods. For Better Contact with the Down/Interconnecting Conductors, Pressed Terminals are provided. It Comes with Nylon Insulated Base which provide proper Insulation and Separation with the supporting structure.

Typically, copper earth strips are used as High voltage electrodes for standard earthing arrangements on ground mounted Low Voltage, Medium Voltage High Voltage substations – the earth tape functions as a perimeter electrode installed to the outer edges of the foundation in direct contact with the soil and connected to the switchgear earth bars.

Copper Bonded Strips are mainly used for Electrical Earthing and Lightning Protection Application, which includes Earthing Conductor, Lightning Down Conductor, Lightning Mesh Formation etc. The combination of steel and copper Provides a Cost-Effective Solution substituting pure copper. They are available in standard Coating Thickness of 100/250microns.
